legal notice

In its judgement of 12 May 1998, the Regional Court of Hamburg ruled that the inclusion of a link may entail co-responsibility for the content of the linked page. According to the District Court, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents. We expressly emphasize that we have no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the linked pages. We hereby dissociate ourselves from the contents of all external sites and do not adopt their contents as our own.
protection of privacy

All data collected on this website is treated in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Personal data will not be passed on to third parties without the express consent of the party concerned. For further details please refer to our privacy policy (link).
Information on data protection
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e. g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis in order to send you information by e-mail. As soon as you enter your e-mail address in a distribution list, this e-mail address will be saved. The e-mail address will only be stored temporarily for the purpose of sending the owner of the e-mail address an e-mail confirming his or her membership in the e-mail list. In this way, we comply with the safety regulations of the “double opt-in”. If the e-mail address has been confirmed and only then will it be stored permanently until the e-mail address is deleted by the owner of the e-mail address or by us as list operator. In the footer of each message, there is a link in the footer text that allows the recipient of the message to delete himself or herself from the list of recipients with a single click. In order to be able to prove that you have been entered in the list and to be able to defend yourself against any accusations of unsolicited e-mails, the date of entry in the list and the IP address under which the entry was made are stored. We hereby expressly point out the storage of the IP address. Important: The IP address is not used for any other purposes.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e. g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam mails.
